We want you to love your Pawlii Inkless Paw Print Kit. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Just email us at support@pawlii.shop with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, you can still return your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused.
  • You pay the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@pawlii.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • For damaged or defective items, include a photo.
  • We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
