Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery takes 7–14 business days. Your order ships from our partner warehouse.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send the tracking details to the email address you used at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost, or it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@pawlii.shop. Include your order number, and we'll help you sort it out.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Refund Policy for details.
